We've taken our smallest stainless hoops and added short handcrafted tassels, made with soft deerskin lace in your choice of three colors: black, saddle or buff.
Bullet casings are brass 25 autos, so petite, yet not as small as a 22 caliber.
Hoops are just 16mm in diameter.
