FAQ's

ORDERING & SHIPPING

Orders are accepted through our secure website or thru our social media pages. If you place your order through our website, you will receive an order confirmation/order number and total at the conclusion of the checkout process. Because our collection is handcrafted and artisan made, most products are "made to order" so we have a stated processing time of about 5-7 business days, however, depending on the design, we tend to keep a small inventory of certain pieces and point of sale items that can ship immediately, while others may not take the full processing time.  Still other designs have a longer than normal processing time due to their construction and the listing description will indicate this (i.e. belt buckles). Multi-item orders are an exception and may take over the 7-10 business days depending on the content of the order.  We will contact you after you place the order to let you know what to expect on a multi-item order as it is dependent on what those items are, the number ordered, etc.  Wholesale orders are processed according to our wholesale policies and do not apply here. Holidays are also an exception where we may exceed this time period, but we will announce any adjustments via our social media pages, or in the case of a delay to a specific order, we will contact you directly. 

ORDERS WITHIN THE U.S.

Domestic orders are shipped by either your choice of First Class US Mail (3-5 days), Priority Mail (2-3 business days) or Express Mail (1-2 days depending on destination) and is calculated during checkout. Shipping charges for other methods are calculated based on weight and destination zip code. Illinois residents will be charged the current Illinois sales tax rate.  Missouri customers will be charged the current sales tax as we were a Missouri based corporation. All packages are shipped with a tracking number, so you can follow the journey of your package. You will receive a shipping notification email that contains such tracking number once we’ve shipped the order. (Please make sure to check your SPAM account as these emails may sometimes end up there).

ORDERS OUTSIDE THE U.S.

International orders are shipped by First Class International Mail thru the USPS, which is calculated during checkout. Shipping times vary by country. Please consult www.usps.com for the average shipping time for your particular destination or contact us via email to request an estimation. If you desire a faster method such as Priority International, please email us prior to purchasing for options and rates available. Shipping charges for other methods are calculated based on weight and destination. All international orders are shipped to the address you provide on your order. All international packages require and are shipped with a unique Customs Number. This number can be used to track your package through the USPS within the United States only. Note that additional import, customs, tariff fees and sales taxes may be due at time of delivery in accordance with your country’s specific requirements. We are not responsible for those fees. Also note that once your package leaves the US, we do not have any control over its status, thus we are not liable for loss, theft or non-delivery and will not issue refunds for these situations. Although we cannot be responsible for packages held in customs or lost in transit, we will do our best to assist with any shipping issues.

PAYMENT

We welcome the following methods of payment: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, Venmo, and ShopPay are all accepted through our secure checkout.

PACKAGING

Our packaging reflects the nature of the collection. We believe that presentation is just as important as the product itself! We are environmentally conscious so our gift boxes, bags and padded mailers are 90% post-consumer paper and 100% recyclable. Your jewelry and/or accessories are uniquely mounted, wrapped in coordinating colored tissue and packaged in our branded boxes and bags, labeled with our SureShot™ logo. For large multi-item orders, we will combine items into single gift bags, so please contact us or leave a note if you are wanting individual bags for each item. At this time, we do not offer any additional gift wrapping, but our presentation is such that no additional wrapping is necessary. See the shipping and delivery section for more details on how we package certain jewelry items.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not satisfied with your order, we ask that you contact us within 10 days of receipt at sales@sureshotjewelry.com to discuss your particular situation. Note that we are a handcrafted jewelry company and a majority of our jewelry is "made to order", so once your order is placed, we do not accept cancellations and returns are generally subject to a restocking fee of up to 30% to account for the labor and time devoted to creating your piece(s) in our studio. Exchanges will not be subject to this restocking fee, but we are not responsible for return shipping fees on exchanges. PLEASE DO NOT SEND JEWELRY BACK WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION FROM US.  Any items returned to us without prior authorization are subject up to a 30% restocking fee.  Any packages refused are subject to a 50% restocking fee.  In the case of "Clearance Items", they cannot be returned or exchanged.  All sales are final in this case. Otherwise, if all conditions for return or exchange are met after speaking with us, we will authorize the return/exchange and you can follow the instructions below. Jewelry and accessories for return or exchange must be unworn and in its/their original packaging. We're sorry, but we do not accept earrings for return or exchange nor do we accept customized jewelry back.  Metal cuffs and belt buckles are non-returnable.  Please include a copy of your original invoice with the jewelry and it should be shipped in its original gift box and then in a padded mailer or box. You assume all responsibility for the security, condition, shipping and handling of the returned and/or exchanges item(s). You are responsible for shipping and handling fees for any items where exchanges have been granted. Unless the order is defective or incorrect, shipping costs are non-refundable whether it be an exchange or return. Refunds are given less the cost of shipping or exchange and any applicable restocking fee. Once you've contacted us as per the above and we've authorized your return or exchange, we will give you our address for mailing. Please use only that address for mailing your item or items back to us. Any items received to an incorrect address will be marked "refused".  Note that we are not responsible for the handling of these packages.  PLEASE NOTE THAT WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUND OR EXCHANGE FOR ANY REASON. Due to our method of processing casings, our constant change of inventory due to the high volume of casings we process and the many brands we may have at any given time, we cannot guarantee any matches to lost earrings, therefore it is best to simply purchase a new pair.  If you have questions, you may email us at sales@sureshotjewelry.com.  Note that any SureShot brand jewelry and/or accessories purchased from another online venue, shop, platform, or website are subject to the policies of that particular venue, shop, platform or website.  We do not accept returns or exchanges from other platforms to this mailing address.  See that shop, platform, venue or website's individual policies for assistance with any return or exchange.  We are not responsible for mailed items to this return address that are from other online shops, websites, platforms or venues. AGAIN, PLEASE DO NOT SEND JEWELRY BACK WITH PRIOR AUTHORIZATION.

CUSTOMER PROVIDED CASINGS / CUSTOM ORDERS

I have my own casings. Can you produce your SureShot™ designs using my casings?

Absolutely!  Whether you just shot your first round as a new gun owner, landed your first deer, turkey or other wild game, won your first competition shoot, shoot with an unusual brand or special caliber, or have military funeral (21 gun salute) rifle casings, we are happy to utilize your casings in our exclusive SureShot designs. This is a special way to preserve the casings instead of them sitting in a drawer. In the case of military funerals, the casings are very sentimental and having them incorporated into jewelry is a thoughtful way to keep that person’s memory close at hand and a perfect gift idea.
