ORDERING & SHIPPING

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Because our jewelry is handcrafted and made-to-order, our typical processing time is 7–10 business days. Some items may ship sooner if we have small-batch inventory available. Others—such as belt buckles or shotshell slices—may require additional time.

If your order contains multiple items, we will contact you with an estimated processing time.

Holiday periods may cause delays, and we will announce any changes on our social media or reach out directly if your order is affected.

Wholesale orders follow separate policies.


ORDERS WITHIN THE U.S.

We ship via USPS Ground Advantage (2–5 days), Priority Mail (2–3 days), or Express Mail (1–2 days). Rates are calculated at checkout based on the method selected, weight, and destination.

All shipments include a tracking number. Please check your spam folder if you do not see your tracking email.

Once a package is handed off to USPS, SureShot Jewelry is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or mis-delivery. Ground Advantage and Priority Mail include up to $100 USPS insurance, which must be claimed through USPS directly.

If a package is returned due to an insufficient address, we are happy to reship it—however, a new shipping fee will be required.

Missouri customers will be charged applicable state and local sales tax.


ORDERS OUTSIDE THE U.S.

International orders ship via USPS First Class International. Delivery times vary by country. For faster methods such as Priority International, please contact us prior to ordering.

All international shipments include a Customs Number, which offers limited tracking within the United States.

Buyers are responsible for customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and other fees imposed by their country.
SureShot Jewelry is not responsible for international packages that are lost, delayed, or held in customs.

Once a package leaves the United States, we have no control over its transit or foreign postal systems—but we will assist where possible.


PAYMENT METHODS

We accept the following secure payment options:

Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Venmo, and ShopPay.


PACKAGING

We believe beautiful presentation is part of the experience.

Our packaging is eco-friendly, using 90% post-consumer materials and recyclable mailers.
Your jewelry is mounted, wrapped in coordinating tissue, and packaged in our branded SureShot™ boxes and bags.

For multi-item orders, pieces may be combined into one gift bag unless you request individual bags during checkout.

Additional gift wrapping is not offered at this time, as our packaging is already gift-ready.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Below is a simplified summary for convenience.

Do you accept returns?

Because our jewelry is handcrafted and made-to-order, returns are generally not accepted.

If there is an issue with your order, email sales@sureshotjewelry.com within 7 days of delivery. We will review the situation individually and may offer:

  • A refund
  • A partial refund
  • An exchange
  • A replacement

Approval is at our discretion.

Do I need authorization before returning something?

Yes. Do not send items back without contacting us first.  All approved returns require a Return Authorization Number (RAN).  Unauthorized returns will be refused.

If my return is approved, what should I expect?

  • Items must be in original, unaltered, unworn condition
  • Returns must be shipped within 15 days of approval
  • Exchanges must be shipped within 10 days
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or incorrect due to our error
  • A restocking fee may apply (up to 30%)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Items that cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Earrings (all styles)
  • Custom or personalized jewelry
  • Metal cuffs
  • Belt buckles
  • Sale or clearance items
  • SureShot Bucks (gift certificates)

What if my order arrives damaged?

Email photos to sales@sureshotjewelry.com within 7 days of delivery.
If damage is confirmed, we will replace your item at no additional cost.

Can you replace a lost earring?

Because our brass casing inventory rotates constantly, exact matches cannot be guaranteed.  A new pair may need to be purchased.

What if my item was purchased from another store or platform?

Items purchased anywhere other than SureShotJewelry.com must follow that seller’s policies.  We cannot accept returns for items purchased from outside retailers.


CUSTOMER-PROVIDED CASINGS / CUSTOM ORDERS

Can I send you my casings?

Absolutely! Whether they are from a first hunt, competition, special caliber, or a ceremonial military firing, we can incorporate your personal casings into our SureShot™ designs.

It’s a meaningful way to preserve memories and create a personal keepsake.
