Returns & Exchanges
Note that we are a handcrafted jewelry company and our jewelry is "made to order", so once your order is placed, we do not accept cancellations.
If you are not satisfied with your order, we ask that you contact us within 10 days of receipt at email@example.com to discuss your particular situation. If we offer a return option, you may return it for a complete refund (original price paid and associated tax, less shipping costs) to the original form of payment within 15 days of receipt. Replacements and Exchanges are available for 15 days from the date of delivery.
Return Authorization Numbers are required for all returns and exchanges. Please contact us by phone (314-520-8388) or email at firstname.lastname@example.org for a Return Authorization Number. Returns or exchanges sent without a Return Authorization Number will not be processed and will be returned to you.
Refunds are available for the original price paid and associated tax. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. We're sorry, but we do not accept earrings for return or exchange nor do we accept customized jewelry back. Metal cuffs and belt buckles are non-returnable.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging and be accompanied with original proof of purchase.
Damaged or defective goods will be replaced at no additional charge to the customer and must be reported within 20 business days from date of delivery. Damages deemed above and beyond normal wear and tear will not be replaced. We reserve the right to refuse any return with signs of tampering, excessive wear and tear or modifications. In the case of stud and lever back bullet earrings, due to our method of processing casings, our constant change of inventory due to the high volume of casings we process and the many brands we may have at any given time, we cannot guarantee any matches to lost earrings, therefore it is best to simply purchase a new pair.
Items should be returned in their original packaging, padded envelope or box and sent via a traceable carrier such as UPS or USPS. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. SureShot Jewelry is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. You assume all responsibility for the security, condition, shipping and handling of the returned and/or exchanges item(s). You are responsible for shipping and handling fees for any items where exchanges have been granted. Unless the order is defective or incorrect, shipping costs are non-refundable whether it be an exchange or return.
Gift Certificates (SureShot Bucks) and Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
If you would like to return any portion of your SureShot Jewelry order, please provide a copy of your invoice and if you would like to exchange for a different item, the name/SKU of the item you would like to receive for the exchange. If you would like a refund to the original payment form for a return made within 15 days of the delivery date, please let us know when you call or email for an RA number. If the item you would like to return is a gift, please have the gift buyers name and email address ready when you call.
Once you have the RA number and have confirmed with us if you would like a refund or exchange, please mail your return in a secure trackable package to

Please allow at least 3-10 business days from the date you mail your return for us to receive it. All return and exchanges will be processed within 14 days of receipt.

CAN I RETURN SOMETHING PURCHASED WITH SURESHOT BUCKS?
Yes. Please follow the instructions above for returns and we will email your refund in the form of a website coupon code. You will receive the price paid at time of purchase in the case of sale items.
CAN I RETURN A GIFT I RECEIVED?
If you need to return a gift for any reason, please contact us for assistance. We will ask you for the name and/or email address of the gift giver. If the item is returned within 15 days of original delivery date we will process an exchange or issue you a website credit to use towards a future order. Please note, we are only able to process returns and exchanges for gifts purchased at sureshotjewelry.com. Jewelry that was on sale at time of purchase or a clearance item are not eligible for any returns.
HOW DO I PACKAGE MY RETURN?
To prepare your items for return, please package the jewelry in the original packaging (including jewelry pouch, if applicable). If you do not have the original jewelry gift box, please use a similar, secure box, and make sure to use a bubble mailer to in turn, ship the return. Be sure to include a copy of the invoice or gift receipt as well as the best way to contact you if we have any questions regarding the return. For your assurance, we highly recommend using a trackable carrier to send your return package. SureShot Jewelry is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
