We want your SureShot Jewelry to arrive safely and on time. Below you’ll find complete information on order processing, domestic and international shipping, transit times, and packaging.

ORDERING & SHIPPING

Orders are accepted through our secure website or through our social media pages. Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation containing your order number and total.

Because all SureShot pieces are handcrafted and made made-to-order, our standard processing time is 7–10 business days. Some designs may ship sooner if we have small-batch inventory available, while others—such as belt buckles or shotshell slices—may require additional time.

Multi-item orders

Large or complex orders may require additional processing time depending on the items selected. You are welcome to contact us prior to ordering so we can:

Offer guidance for multi-item orders

Wholesale orders follow separate wholesale policies.

Holiday shipping

Processing times may extend during holiday periods. Updates will be shared through our social media or communicated directly to you if your order is affected.

Important: Processing Time vs. Shipping Time

Selecting a faster shipping service (Priority or Express) only speeds up USPS transit time.
It does not shorten our 7–10 business day processing time, as every piece is handcrafted.

ORDERS WITHIN THE U.S.

Domestic orders are shipped via:

USPS Ground Advantage (2–5 days)
USPS Priority Mail (2–3 days)
USPS Express Mail (1–2 days)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on method, weight, and destination.

All shipments include a tracking number. Please check your spam folder if you do not see your tracking email.

Liability for USPS-Delivered Packages

Once a package is accepted by USPS, SureShot Jewelry is not responsible for:

Lost packages
Stolen packages
Mis-delivered packages
Damaged packages

USPS Ground Advantage and Priority Mail include up to $100 of USPS insurance, which must be claimed directly with USPS.

Incorrect or Insufficient Addresses

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we are happy to reship it once a new shipping fee is paid.

Missouri customers will be charged applicable state and local sales tax.

ORDERS OUTSIDE THE U.S.

International orders ship via USPS First Class International. Transit times vary by country and may be affected by customs or local postal delays.

For faster delivery, such as Priority International, please contact us before ordering for rate options.

All international packages include a Customs Number, which offers limited tracking within the United States only.

International Fees & Responsibilities

Buyers are responsible for any:

Customs duties
VAT
Import taxes
Tariffs
Additional fees required by their country
These fees are collected at delivery and are not included in shipping charges.

SureShot Jewelry is not responsible for:

Customs delays
International postal handling
Lost, stolen, or non-delivered international packages

Once a package leaves the United States, we have no control over transit.

We will assist where possible, but refunds cannot be issued for international non-delivery.

PACKAGING

We take pride in presenting your jewelry beautifully and securely.

All jewelry and accessories are mounted, wrapped in coordinating tissue, and packaged in our branded SureShot™ gift bags or mailer boxes.

Bullet studs, lever backs, and cuff links are packaged in our branded silver metal tins
Seasonal packaging (holiday tissue and ribbon) may be used during the holiday season
To support environmental responsibility, we may combine items into one gift bag unless individual bags are requested at checkout

Although additional gift wrapping is not offered, our packaging is designed to arrive gift-ready.
