Your Casings - Our Designs
I have my own casings. Can you produce your SureShot™ designs using my casings?Absolutely! Whether you just shot your first round as a new gun owner, or you landed your first deer, turkey or other wild game, if you have military related (21 gun salute) rifle casings or perhaps you shoot with an unusual brand or special caliber, we are happy to utilize your casings in our SureShot™ designs. The first step is to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us by phone at (314) 478-6090 for more information. Note that each of our designs are made with certain casing sizes and use coordinating bezel sizes in diameters that only fit those casings. For this reason, your choice of design will be highly dependent on your casing(s). If you are not sure what size your casing is by the headstamp, please include a picture of your casings when emailing us with the headstamp showing. We will contact you to discuss your options and place your order. Note that we cannot accept casings that have bullets in them, new ammo, or casings that have live primers. Please allow us 1-2 weeks production time prior to shipping to create your design although we will do our best to ship within 1 week of ordering. All custom pieces are final sale.
IF YOU HAVE ALREADY SPOKEN WITH US, THE NEXT STEP IS TO MAIL YOUR CASINGS. PLEASE DO NOT MAIL CASINGS INTO US BEFORE CONTACTING US.
Please wrap, box or package your casings so they are not able to move freely before enclosing them in a shipping package. Do not tape the casings together. Use a rubberband or just wrap them snugly together in a small zip lock. DO NOT MAIL LOOSE CASINGS. We are not responsible for damaged casings mailed in ways other than our suggested packaging. We suggest using a bubble mailer for shipping the box or package that contains the casings. These can be obtained right at the Post Office for a small fee. IT IS IMPORTANT TO ENCLOSE A NOTE WITH YOUR FULL CONTACT INFORMATION, including your name, address, phone and email. Just the return address on the bubble mailer is not sufficient. You can ship them via First Class or Priority Mail, however, First Class Mail is sufficient. Our post office box is:

Note that we are not responsible for casings not received or damaged. We highly suggest adding Tracking at the time of shipment and/or insurance. WE WILL CONTACT YOU WHEN WE RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE TO PLACE YOUR ORDER AND INVOICE YOU AT THAT TIME. If you already know the designs you want, certainly include that information on your note and we can create the invoice and email it to you immediately. Only until the order is placed and payment made can we put your casings into production. If you are wanting these for a certain date or occasion, please plan accordingly.
SPECIAL PROCESSING NOTE: We have a patented process we utilize to prepare the casings for jewelry applications that involves machinery, therefore we highly suggest, if possible, that customers submitted a spare casing in the instance that a casing is damaged by the machinery during processing. This does not occur often, but can happen on occasion. For this reason, we cannot be held liable for damage or loss. We suggest that you mail us an extra casing or two. If we don't use them, we will ship them back to you with your completed order.
