Vintage Spinner Lure Fishing Themed Gold/Silver Statement Necklace

Yes, this is a "third generation" fishing spinner necklace, this time using gold and silver  "blades" from vintage spinner lures.  This necklace is loaded with different styles and sizes in both silver and gold. 

As a bib or fringe style necklace, it is right on Q with the trends in jewelry and fashion.  The mixed metal colors make this a versatile piece - dress it up or wear it casual with jeans and capris!  It's a wow piece that will surely get noticed! 

The necklace is lightweight and just like the blades were manufactured to do, they shine and reflect the light as they move.  Underwater and when originally part of the spinner lure, they would rotate around 360 degrees underwater, drawing in that big catch!

All of the blades were removed from vintage lures and cleaned up, yet retain their vintage patina, maybe a scratch or two, etc. due to this age.  This gives the necklace upcycled charm, but overall a lot of coolness!

Constructed on strands of antique silver curb chain and closes with a lobster swivel.  To keep with the "fishing theme" of this one of a kind piece, we used matching barrel swivels for the extender chain.  How cool is that!?
